Communication about the steps taken throughout the process was clear. Regular contact was made to update and communicate about the work being finished. The finished product looked as expected. There were multiple spots found (small on the passenger window and a large spot on the passenger seatbelt) of some kind of “goo” that must have been used during the process. The passenger seatbelt was unable to be used until it was scraped off by us.
