The car was verified as being ready on Friday afternoon at about 4:00 PM. We live about an hour away from the shop. This created a lot of stress, especially since the rental car agency would not stay past 5:00 PM and they wanted to bill the insurance company for the whole weekend if the keys were left in the drop box. Very questionable. Will not be using this rental car company again.
