Lack of consistency with regard to timeframe. Varied from 4 to 14 days. Quality of the work seems fine. Seemed more concerned with their survey results than genuine concern about the customer. Doubt l’d use again.

I was impressed the whole way through. When I dropped my car off, Ashleigh (I believe) was so nice and easy to talk to. I appreciated all of the updates, I never once wondered what was going on - and I was shocked when it was finished over a week early. The car smells and looks beautiful. appreciated the friendly and careful updates from Ash. Repair seems fine, not that I can judge knowledgeably. Personally, I'd have preferred less or none of whatever spray was applied inside at the end.

Had a great experience from start to finish. Process was smooth. Staff was professional and very friendly. Kept me updated each day by text, which was perfect. And result is my car looked brand new once it was fixed. it’s not always easy trusting someone with a vehicle especially one that is almost brand new. I’ve had a few sketchy experiences with body shops in the past, but caliber would get my highest recommendation for sure. If anything else were to happen to any of my cars, I would feel great going back there.
