When I originally called to make an appointment I was transfered a bunch between people and then I had to wait for them to figure out my claim information. When we first arrived at the shop to get the initial assessment done we arrived at our appointment time and had to wait almost a half an hour to talk to someone

This was the best experience. My mother is so dependent on her vehicle that after the accident, having never had an accident prior, was concerned about the whole repair process and the time of loss. Not only did the staff keep me informed of daily progress but the car repair was completed timely even with 2 holiday closures to work around. I can’t say enough about the team and the confidence in our repair service- Thank you Thank you Caliber!

Nothing can improve the service we received, but we hope that changes are made to improve the future service customers receive. First, we expected a complete estimate, but the estimate for the new bumper did not include the bumper applique. Second, we paid for the repair before being shown the car - no one offered to show us the repair before we were asked to pay. The repair appears to be great, so we have no complaint with the shop.
