I have had no reason to believe that the management an workers at Caliber collision, at least the 2 persons that I interacted with there, Emily and Frank ,are not honest individuals who are doing their best at their job.Thanks

It was a totally positive experience. My insurance company recommended Caliber Collision. Everyone I spoke to at the Caliber was professional and extremely nice. Emily Ramnsrine who handled my case was great always keeping me up to date on the status of my case. When the job was complete my car looked brand new. GREAT JOB CALIBER.

The Insurance Company recommended Caliber with an A1 rating - sadly, I don't want to find out about those below A1. There was gunk on the driver seat when I was ready to pick up and grease inside the driver side window and door. To top.it all, the credit card reader was not working that day and I had to all them to call another Caliber Center to charge my card. How unprofessional and utter disregard for credit card security - pathetic and disgusting. This is not safe business practices - I asked when it would be fixed and no one knew. I do not give my credit card information over the phone, but was subject to it at Caliber :(
