It took them a whole month to fix a simple bumper quarter panel damage other than that the paint job came out good also my car was very smelly with paint made me cough a lot

I would definitely refer a friend, but to a different location! I am aware that I’m responsible for personal items left in my car however they should not have been taken(stolen) I did speak with Devon(I believe he’s the manager) about this and he seemed to not care when I mentioned that someone took(stole) my gold watch that was left in the compartment under the radio!

Kim, Brandy and the rest of the staff at Caliber were amazing. They kept me informed on what was going on the entire time. The turnaround time was great. I have no doubt it would have been even better were it not for the holiday. Kim was very communicative and attentive to all my concerns. I would definitely recommend them - in fact I have already suggested my friend take her car there as well. I hope I don't need them anytime soon, and definitely not under the same circumstances but I would absolutely use them again, and again!

The shop is difficult to get to and park at. Definitely need to expand the lot somehow.

Forgot several fender clips/retainers. Not a big deal, once I mentioned it the shop went out and put them on. Just glad I noticed before I drove off. Repair overall looks fantastic. Majority of parts were replaced and repainted. There’s one spot where they attempted to pull the dent out instead of replacing the panel, and I can still see the dent. Not sure many others would notice it though. Pretty satisfied overall!
