Gina and Chris were awesome to work with, and the car looks like it’s new. When I originally called to see when they could get my car in, I was told when they could get to it, and I was updated at each stage of repairs, and that was very comforting . I highly recommend this Caliber location.

People were nice when I called them, but never kept me informed on their side, made promised they didn't keep, didn't check parts as they came in which cost us 4 days of rental car as they waited for replacement parts to come in for broken part they had ordered and didn't check and rodents got in car while in their lot eating wires which we must now be responsible for fixing

Having used this location (formerly Mini Citi almost 20 years ago) and a family member having recently chosen this location, I'm very satisfied with the work done! The automated text communication could use a little bit of improvement. Gina at the front desk is amazing! If I ever need to choose an auto body shop again, I will definitely come back here!
