Overall speaking, staffs at Caliber Collision handled my case politely and professionally, that compliment goes to front desk lady, my case manager Sergio and the store manager. My bumper looks brand new now and there's a lifetime warranty attached to it, it's fantastic

Caliber Collision in Rancho Cucamonga 9199 Arrow Route- was the place that an insurance company recommended. Whenever you’re in a situation in life where you’re having to take your car in for repairs it can be stressful and not always something you want to do. From my very first interaction with Chelsea over the phone, I felt taken care of. She provided me with all the information I needed and had a great tone on the phone: helpful, friendly, professional and informative!Then when I went in, I met Sergio! 10 star customer service hands down! He addressed any and all my concerns! All throughout the process he was my main contact and Sergio keep me up to date! This place is an absolute godsend! What started as a stressful situation because an absolute breeze!The work done on my car was clean, and well done with care! All interactions with the staff there were excellent and the people who work there are genuine! I would never go anywhere else! Did I mention that Sergio and the office manager literally hand washed my car before I picked it up!!! And everything - all the repairs they made come with a lifetime warranty! In 2023, with everything being so automated - I am genuinely thankful for the hands on customer service! The employees are the value- they are the solution and because of my experience they will have my business, not just for this one occurrence but for life.
