Cherie is a star . . . great feedback throughout the repair process, and she helped me with some other repairs that were less expensive to do while the front of the Jeep was disassembled. This former "Cooks" team is an asset to Caliber. And I can't remember the name of the front reception / billing person, but she made it easy for me to retrieve my FasTrak transponder when I forgot to pull it from the Jeep — again, nothing but good words for this team.
