Everyone I had contact with at Caliber was courteous, professional and friendly. I received both phone calls and texts to keep me up to date on the status of my repair. My repair was completed in half the time I had been quoted. They also washed and vacuumed my car before returning it to me.

This was my first time needing body work on a vehicle, so there was lots of uncertainty toward the beginning, but communication was great throughout the entire process which relived a lot of stress. The work was done well and the car came back clean inside and out! I would highly recommend Caliber Collision to someone with a vehicle in need of body work.

The door was repaired very well, no notes! However, whoever was working on the vehicle did not cover the back seat or the driver's seat when doing the work and/or moving the car. There are grease/dirt (paint?) stains and smudges on both seats that need to be removed.
