Initially, the person (Carol?) who called to reschedule my first appointment was not very friendly or accommodating. Everyone else I encountered after her provided outstanding customer service and frequently communicated with me about the progress of my repairs.

I believe that the repair estimate was highly inflated for my insurance company. The original estimate given to me was $1500 while the estimate given to my insurance was $9100. While everyone was nice, I ultimately couldn’t repair my Subaru there because of its high cost.

Windshield was broken as they returned it to me. I was filled with employees water and like 5 pairs of glasses. After paying 1000s how can you return a car with a smashed window. -10/10 stars
