Caliber Collision made my experience a pretty seamless process. Customer service was great. My vehicle was done earlier than expected which is greatly appreciated. Mary did a great job in keeping me up to date throughout the entire process so there were never any questions on the status of my vehicle. Would definitely recommend.

The window was not repaired completely. When we let the window down it is clearly not on track and we can hear sounds like crushed glass sounds as if cracked glass is still in there. Did the technician check the window to ensure that it rolled up & down like it is supposed to? Clearly it was not checked adequately because the truck would not have been returned to us as completely repaired We are highly disappointed in the service. Clearly you can hear the noise which was not there prior to the damaged window. This seems to have been a rush job without being thorough or detailed. There is NO way that the repair technician did not hear the loud screeching noise from the damaged window. But yet, marked it was completely repaired and ready for pick up. We are highly disappointed with Caliber!

Everyone there was extremely helpful and kind! The work was established and estimated quickly and completed in a very reasonable fashion- the almost daily contact via text from them were really helpful to know where my vehicle was in the process- seamless!! Accommodating with rental car company across the street as well- they took car of arrangement and a ride to and from the rental place! Their tag line is so appropriate!! RESTORING THE RYTHEM OF MY LIFE!!!
