My Experience

They were fantastic! I am on a wheelchair with a fully adapted vehicle and when I expressed my concerns having to drive a rental and how hard that would be on me long term they pushed the repair along and had it done extremely quickly!!! For that I'm very thankful. Also communication was excellent back and forth keeping me informed!

Caliber went above and beyond in repairing my car. The bumper and headlight were reattached matching the color perfectly. In addition, on the side of the car, the door was lightly scratched from bicycles in the garage, which was not part of the accident. They detailed this area making my car appear almost brand new. In addition, I appreciate all the texts that I received, which kept me informed every step of the way. All staff were very friendly and informative. I will absolutely recommend Caliber to my friends.

Everyone at Caliber Collision was very professional. Ethan was very knowledgeable about the process and kept me up to date on my truck everyday. He always responded in a timely manner if I had a question. I’ve had issues with repair shops before but I’d recommend caliber collision to anyone! Great experience! 5 stars

Ed and his team are wonderful he keeps you updated every step of the way, and my girl Liz she's such a sweet Person and gives you a relaxing comfort where you are not worried, and you don't feel hesitant in leaving your vehicle in there hands.
