My Experience

I recently received service from this location and it was nothing short of an amazing experience. Ethan was my service advisor and I can't say enough about how knowledgeable, helpful and communicative he was. I never had to reach out to Caliber, not once for anything! Ethan kept me updated throughout the week on the status of my vehicle. He went above and beyond to accommodate my needs...even staying late so I could try to pick it up. Ethan definitely deserves some sort of recognition for how professional and amazing he is. The entire staff was welcoming, friendly and eager to help. I honestly have never seen anything like it! I will tell everyone I know about Ethan and Caliber Collision, I hate I was in an accident but Ethan made things so easy for me it put me in a great mood to hear from him. Your corporate office should be very proud of this location and Id love to make them aware as well! They did outstanding work on my vehicle and I picked it up clean and in basically new condition. I couldn't have been happier with the work I received! My vehicle was also ready days before my completion date which was amazing as well! Either explained all the work they did and showed me by hand, he took his time to answer my questions and made sure I was happy! I left feeling great and with a great running and looking vehicle! Thank you guys so much!!
