I had had my Jeep repaired by another company back in May from a hail storm in April. In October, I began noticing the paint on my hood was starting to Crack and peel. Long story short, the original shop wouldn't admit to poor workmanship and my insurance wouldn't pay for the needed repairs. Jade Shelton fought with my insurance for weeks until they agreed to pay for the repairs. Jade went above and beyond to get me taken care of. I have been with my insurance company for more than 25 years and everything we own we have insured with them. It wasn't until Jade got involved that they decided to pay. The Jeep looks fantastic and if any further repairs are needed, I will be taking it to Caliber Collision in Rolla.

They repaired my Subaru sooner than projected. The blending of the new paint and the existing pant was excellent. I cannot tell any difference between my car now and before the accident. They even cleaned the interior so that it was as clean as the day I bought the car..
