I really appreciated the frequent updates especially after the insurance group lost track of my vehicle twice. Brandon was reassuring and responded quickly ...his sense if humor was very appreciated, as this was a very challenging time for us after losing our home. By keeping us up to date he gave back some of our "Normal" and we appreciated the service.
