The work is done well. Timelines being changed on the day of pickup repeatedly doesn't help though. It went to paint two weeks ago and each estimated date I was told it was going to paint then. I have to move work around every time they do that. Now I got it back and I'm happy with the work, but not the fact that they kept pushing it back to do something else. The last time they called they said it was late because an employee had to take off work the day before. That was over a week after they probably said it went to paint. Sure, I didn't rent a car so insurance is going to pressure you to do work for those that cost them more by renting one, it doesn't make it right though. In the end, good job though. I like all of the employees and they do well.

Communication was poor this time. Kept getting updates that it was in paint then when I called they would say it isn't and it would be another week again.

Had several things in the cabin not put together and just laying around and a piece on the outside but the hood completely missing, completely unsatisfied, along with terrible customer service. Perhaps someone should inspect the vehicle before telling the customer it is ready for pickup.

Caliber called me 1hr. To get my car before they closed I was in a progress of doing something had to stop it had to rush to get there or my rental would be shu shut off I was not pleased
