There was a spot on passenger side that wasn’t address. They are aware and going to inquire with insurance co after the holiday. The rest of the work was great. Everyone very friendly

When I picked up my car I didn’t notice that the side mirrors weren’t working until my husband got in the next day to adjust them when we were headed for the airport. They did fix it after I was able to get it back to them. Took 3 minutes and I was all set.

Being rear ended and having to deal with insurance and vehicle damage was already stressful enough but Brandon made this experience as easy as possible with Caliber Collision from drop off to pick up. He provided updates with texts and calls so I always knew what the status was and what needed to be done still. They even helped me get my rental vehicle turned in as I picked up my vehicle after the rental place closed. I couldn't be happier with the service I was given and would recommend anyone to go there.

I appreciated the high level of customer service provided by Caliber Collision. I know the holiday season can cause some delays in communication, so I am not very upset about that.

The people I dealt with locally at Caliber Collision were friendly and professional, I would be happy to rate their customer service as 5 stars. However, my car, although fixable, was "totalled out" by the insurance company; so Caliber Collision never repaired my vehicle to my knowledge. If my vehicle was repaired, it was done for my insurance company so they could resell the vehicle. My family is now down to one vehicle and I haven't received my insurance payout yet so that I can buy another vehicle. So, its pretty irritating to be barraged by text and email to rate my vehicles repairs. Try reading the room.
