There are to many things wrong with this company. We can begin with the general manager calling me an idiot and calling enterprise to have my rental car taken from me and left me stranded. I was not able to pick my daughter up from school and my husband had to drive 1.5 hours to get me. And we will end with the paint on the repair does not match the car, and the we’re driving the car around with no oil in it.

I would have rated this higher, but there is a horrible "film" of some sort on my windows. I have wiped them down with a clean cloth and that didn't work. I used window cleaner and that helped, but the film is still there, especially in the evenings when the sun goes down.

Cant even tell that the bumper was a replacement; looks really good. There were some scratches near the bumper that were caused by the accident that didn’t get repainted, but it’s not too noticeable.
