The customer service was excellent as always. However, I happened to take my car in during the transition from Cook's Collision to Caliber Collision. Many of the delays were due to the staff getting used to the new system, which I do not fault them for. I hope that the "growing pains" will end soon and that service can be more streamlined in the future. Thank you!
