This was our first time using Caliber Collision, in Roswell. I went into the store and was approached by the staff immediately and asked if I needed help. I hadn’t been through a body shop experience in a long time, but from what I had remembered it was usually not pleasant dealing with insurance and repair shops. All of the staff were extremely helpful and informative. Mr. Trujillo is very knowledgeable about his industry and runs a very professional outfit. Throughout my vehicles repair, I received notices often, about the status of my vehicle and the progress that was being made. I was expecting to be without my vehicle for at least 10 days. This was not the case, Caliber Collision got my vehicle done in about half that time! When I was notified to come and pick up my vehicle it was sitting out in front of the shop washed and looking brand new. The work that was performed by the Caliber Collision Crew was beyond my expectations. My Yukon was back! And to top it all off… they even took care of returning my rental vehicle! Just an overall awesome experience from beginning to end… I will use Caliber Collision from here on out for all of my vehicle repair needs. I would even feel comfortable referring them to my friends and family. Thank you caliber collision!

They advised me that they had replaced my back bumper. It was not replaced. It still had the paint of the vehicle that hit me. They could not find a sticker that went on the vehicle. They called and advised me that would take the sticker off the other side so that it would match. I said okay. They used a blade of some sort to remove the sticker. Now that side of the bed is all gashed from whatever they used to take it off. A new long scratch on the tailgate. The truck was filthy inside. Dust from the sanding,on the floor mats and door runner and video screen. Claimed they washed it, but know when. Over spray on the back of the cab, running board. Now the staff up front were extremely helpful, with rental car and advising me on the progress. Although they advised me it would be ready on August 7th I finally received it on the 14th. It still did not have all the parts on it. They advised me to bring it back probably mid September. Wow!. Like I said the receptionist was super, first adviser was really helpfull, with exception of her telling me that they replaced the bumper and it was not. It should have been. Deep gouging and paint from the vehicle that hit me.

Work itself looked good. Just not timely. This was just a quarter panel repair with new bumper. Truck was taken in on July 22nd and did not get it back in till August 14th. It still has to go back to get it finished. Wa told to bring it back in September Wow!

Was told that they replaced the back bumper. It was not replaced. Scratches on tge bumper and paint still on it from the vehicle that hit me. Big new Scratch on tail gate. Car was still not complete. Was supposed to be delivered on August 7th didn't get it back until August 14th. Said they were having trouble getting the last parts. Delivered with mud flap missing. Said part they need was not going g to be available until September. Over spray on wheels and back of cab. Also said they could not find sticker that went on the side of the bed. Asked if they could take off the other side, to make it match. I guess they used a razor blade or knife to take the sicker of. Big scratches and paint all chipped by what ever the used to take sticker off. Truck was dirty when returned to me. Inside had sanding dust all over. Seemed like they wiped the audio screen with an oily rag. As far as the first advisor she was great very attentive and explained what was going on, with exception of being told it was a new bumper and it was not. Had to clean windows and vacuum all the truck to remove dust. Kudos to the receptionist, she is awesome. Very friendly and attentive to the customer.
