This is the third time I have brought my car for repairs, twice under Excellence and once with Caliber. All three times I have had the pleasure of working with Hap Swenson. He is friendly, offers excellent customer service, works in a timely manner, and makes the whole unpleasant experience of having to be inconvenienced by a car wreck tolerable and as pleasant as he possible can under the circumstances.
