Jason did an excellent job of gaining my trust. I had never used this service of a body shop. I was worried that By lack of experience with a collision shop was a disadvantage. He assured me that my satisfaction was his goal. I thought that he was helping me as if I was a member of this family. I was impressed. When I left the shop I felt confident that everything would be taken care of. It was Jasons since your interest in my concerns that made me so happy to have chosen caliber collision. When I pick my car up I was more than satisfied with the results. I sure Jason that I would highly recommend him and caliber collision to all my friends and relatives.

The condition of my car showed the highest quality of workmanship. Your staff treated my wife and I with the upmost respect and car. We felt like we received the red-carpet treatment. And as you cared for our rental arrangements we saw that everyone that walked through your doors received the same welcoming re-carpet treatment. If I were to give you a grade it would be a A+, a 10. Mullica Hill shop where I initially dropped off & picked up my vehicle was very good. The Runnemede office that did the actual repairs took a lot of coordination to get them to contact me instead of my husband.
