Jeremy was great through the whole process! We had a concern on first completion and he immediately agreed with our concern and fixed it. Second time to pickup Jeremy wasn’t there but he called the day before we tried to pick up and told us it was ready. We got there and it was not quite ready but they promptly got the car ready for us to pick up. I was told I would get the paperwork emailed to me as they didn’t have it but I never got an email. Also, just tried to use the rear windshield wiper and it is on upside down! Easy fix but sure confused me!

Caliber did a fantastic job. Great communication, thorough and quick service, and phone calls answered quickly by a real person! The GM does a final inspection before delivery and he is very thorough. My truck didn’t pass so they had to tow it to their over flow shop. Even with all that, they have been quicker than any other body shop I’ve had the *pleasure* of working with. That created a potential issue of my rental not being paid by my insurance and Caliber offered to cover it if my insurance didn’t! My only issue is there might be something under my paint that my *very particular* self didn’t even notice on my initial inspection upon delivery and that my bed cover was put on a bit wonky. Other than that I’m incredibly pleased and impressed by Caliber

Customer service and communication were fantastic. The work was done quickly (particularly when compared to other body shops) even though it didn’t pass the first quality check and they towed it back. There was also a potential issue with my insurance not paying for the rental for the remainder of the time on the repairs and Caliber said they would cover it if my insurance wouldn’t! My only complaints are that it looks like there may be a small particle of something under my paint that I didn’t even notice when I did my initial inspection of my truck when I picked picked it up and my bed cover was put back on a little wonky. But all in all it was a great experience. Good communication, phone calls answered quickly by a real person, and quick and thorough and quick service!

I absolutely loved their communication. Everyone was super friendly! Jeremy would always stop what he was doing to meet with me. Always in a good mood and cheerful. The fellow that did the body work did an amazing job!
