I was really impressed by the quality of repair work, but also by the professionalism and service-oriented customer service. Most companies now have forgotten the importance of customer service; Caliber Collision gave me a renewed hope that it hasn't been forgotten altogether.

Andrea was absolutely amazing! Your advertisement team could change your ad to say that your car comes out better than before the accident, because mine certainly did. This survey was not functional from my android smart phone however, it kept freezing when I clicked "yes" so I had to go to a desktop computer to submit. Just wanted you to know in case your survey response has been low.
