I'm shocked by what was done to the inside of our Lexus. The pocket on the driver side door was completely on the driver side door

The pocket on the driver side door was taped shut and when I removed the tape the whole pocket fell off and onto the floor. No one had told us about this! A mechanic came to our house to fix it and had to remove the entire pocket. Said he was ordering a part. Why hadn't I been told about this!!!! Plus the car interior on the left hand side was very dirty. It wasn't that way when we brought the car in.
