The craftsmanship for fixing my car, was superb. Dori was super, and handled my claim professionally, and John was super in keeping me updated pertaining my repairs.i would highly recommend this location, 2163 Fulton Ave, Sacramento, CA., for any repairs due to a collision. They even made sure to bring me to where my rental car needed to be picked up. I'm glad that I brought my car to to this location, to be fixed. Super, super, work!

The person who took my call was a pleasure to speak to, she answered all of my questions and explained the process in easy to understand and linear fashion. Her demeanor was kind, hospitable, and helpful. When I walked into the office she greeted me by name and it was such a welcoming environment, very appreciative of the customer service!
