I had the pleasure of working with Victoria Mills as my representative. Victoria explained the process very well at check in, the inspection of the damage to obtain an accurate estimate, ordering parts, and obtaining an estimate of date for when my vehicle will be completed. Her communication through several updates via text and phone calls were excellent and I was very pleased with her attentiveness in answering any questions that I had. Her customer service is by far one of the best experience I have had when working with an auto body/collision shop. She also addressed a small concern I brought up with her about a panel in the interior of my vehicle that keeps popping out when passengers enter in and out of the vehicle. Her and the technician shared possible solutions as a fix and decided to go with a simple solution at no cost as a courtesy. Both Victoria and the technician went above and beyond and I truly appreciate all that they did. I will only take my vehicles to Caliber Collision as they are a very trusted company and I am very pleased with the outcome in getting my car back way ahead of the anticipated completion date, originally set on 3/16 and I picked up my car 3/11. All my friends and family have taken their vehicles to caliber collision for any issues on their car. My mother brought her vehicle into caliber collision two years ago, and it was spectacular when the car came back. I already knew bringing the car to caliber collision I would not have any issues or disappointment.

Victoria Mills is a fantastic rep that assisted me all the way through the process. I shared one concern in the interior of the vehicle where a small piece of the panel kept popping out. Her and the technician came up with different options as a solution with one being a courtesy fix with no cost as a try and if it didn’t work, we would consider replacing the panel. I truly appreciate the options provided by Victoria and the technician.
