Between the insurance and the repair shop, I’m pretty impressed with the ease and speed of the entire process. Jim, at Caliber Collision was awesome. I knew what was going on at all times. He was honest and answered all questions as well as being extremely knowledgeable and informational. The work itself appears to be flawless. This was a no fault accident and between Nationwide (who I don’t use but will highly consider now, and Caliber, they simplified the process and no one would have a clue anything even happened. Of course, I know it drops my value on the vehicle…but that’s neither parties fault, just the nature of an “accident” in any case, I can’t help but have positive feedback in regard to the entire process and workmanship. Received car back way before quoted time…all around good job!
