MR Switzer was great. He took my call, got us scheduled the very next business day. The truck was finished in less than a week. I had a rental car for one week and I was able to return the rental and get our truck on the same day. Fantastic!

Steve was very nice to work with and was good about giving me updates on the process of repairing my Toyota Sienna Van. I appreciated his courteous and helpful information during the one month process of back ordering parts and searching for the right grill that is required for my Van. When I went to pick up my Toyota Sienna Seth was very nice in explaining to not have my van waxed for 90 days because of the finish coat you applied to my Sienna that takes a while to adhere . Overall, I had a good experience with Caliber Collision and would rate you’all as having excellent customer service!
