If I could say one thing, do NOT change an estimate to reflect what’s approved. Because of this, my windshield is having to be fought out to get fixed. As part of the ORIGINAL estimate, my windshield was included, when the insurance said otherwise, you guys removed it from the ORIGINAL claim that I, THE CUSTOMER, claimed to be part of the accident. Because of this removal, they have denied it being part of the “original” claim. Terry and I sat out there and very specifically spoke about the windshield. Insurance would have replaced it, without hassle, had it remained ON the original submission. But it was removed to match the claim. — other than what looks like fraud, you guys were great.

Customer service soared up to my expectations they went above and beyond to drop my car off at another location because GPS coordinates couldnt get me to their location. They did a great job on finding extra damage to my vehicle just in time. Thank you to the guys for overlooking my vehicle and doing such an amazing job!

The work was well done on the suburban, but the middle DVD player worked when we dropped the suburban off. When we picked it up, it didn't. I took it back, and they worked on it but could not figure out what happened. We still don't have it working. The bodywork was good, the people were friendly, but the DVD player is still out. They did, however, replace the battery because it was also drained. When the suburban went in, it was working great picked up the suburban and was drained. I appreciate the hard work they did on the suburban, but it doesn't make sense to me about the DVD player working and then not working.

The bolts to the headlight were loose, the headlights were not aligned properly. Plastic rivets were missing from the radiator cover
