The work itself is fine. However, the tire jack was removed from its place with the spare tire and was rattling around in the back, and the spare tire was improperly put in place so the jack couldn't fit in. I called Caliber and they had someone come to my house within 2 hrs to fix it. It is unclear as to why the spare tire was even removed for the repair work I had done.
