The repair took a total of 62 days, far above the estimate of 30-45 days. My vehicle sat there for weeks with absolutely nothing being done to it because it was “waiting to go on the frame machine”. Every time they said “it should be done”, it turned into waiting on ANOTHER part. This shop is a clusterfuck & I will never bring a repair here again. Do not contact me unless it is for the part I am still waiting on.
