I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Caliber Collision. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient, and my vehicle was completed within just a few days—one day earlier than expected. Not only was my car returned on time, but it was also thoroughly cleaned, including a full wash, vacuuming, and detailed rims and tires. I truly appreciate the high level of care and attention to detail. I’m very pleased with the overall experience and would highly recommend Caliber Collision for any repair needs. The added two-year paint warranty was an excellent bonus and gave me even greater peace of mind.

This would be the third Toyota (a 2025 RAV 4 HEV) to visit Caliber. Each time they were refreshingly professional from start to finish. I will always request Caliber (as I have the past 2 visits). The repair was corrected by using skilled repair of an unfortunate nasty scrape on the right from bumper by an unidentified driver, rather than a replacement bumper). When I picked it up a day earlier than projected to take, I was blown away by how the injured area looked. In fact, as no vehicle leaves the shop without a thorough top to bottom cleaning and polishing. It looked amazing, and just as good if not better than the day we picked it up in March of this year! We do have to stop meeting this way… ;-)

They did a great job at fixing my panels on my rear; However, when they replaced my tail light, I started having issues with my braking system. Turned out the taillight assembly on that side had some condensation and short circuited my system.

I was very happy overall with the repair. However arriving home, I wiped off my car and put it in my carport. I did not drive it or enter it for 2 days. When I did, I smelled the odor of gas in the back storage area. I have returned the car to have it reexamined.

The staff and Estimator Karina were professional, kind, and informative on labor, parts, and expectation of the process of customer satisfaction. At the time of picking up the vehicle I had to take a second look at it because I thought that I was receiving a new vehicle and not the one that I dropped off. The exterior work had me thinking that my car was replaced with a new one. The interior was immaculately clean with that new car smell. I am very satisfied with the work and staff
