I really appreciated how shiny and clean my Jeep was when I picked it up. It even looked like the carpets had been vacuumed! I received consistent text updates while my car was in their shop on its status, and I really appreciated that. This store has excellent customer service and I would come here again.

i was missing the tire cap on my rear right tire after the repair

repair itself looked good. but had to make repeated trips back to the shop over the next week or 2 in order to get mistakes fixed. i haf to get a fill valve cap for my tire because it was missing. I had to go back twice because my license plate light was never installed after repair, or it was not installed properly and i could not see it. I also noticed that new holes were drilled into my rear bumper to remount my license plate, as well as the license plate light. even now, there is a hole in my bumper around the license plate light.

Overall good job and service, just wish the remnants of the tape used to temporarily put plastic on the back window after the breakin was better cleaned off.

The whole panel is still pushed in and up, does not line up with lift gate or roof. I'm concerned that the lift gate may leak but I have not been able to test yet.

They provided timely updates but lied about the status of my car. There were two days that I have no idea what they were doing to my car. They said it was at the alignment shop but I could see the car parked on the side of the building. Also Hyundais come with a tracking app, I can see exactly where my car is at all times.
