I had a great experience with Caliber. The team was very friendly, helpful, and professional. Tom and Carla were amazing and an absolute pleasure to work with. Tom kept me updated every step of the way and provided thorough explanations throughout the entire repair process. The communication and customer service were excellent, and I am 100 percent satisfied with the repairs completed on my vehicle. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism shown from start to finish. I highly recommend Caliber!

Everyone I came in contact with was very professional and nice. The repair work was done in a timely manner and completed before the date quoted. The car looks perfect, no sign of the previous damage at all. The complementary wash and cleaning was a very nice addition to their service. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Tom and Greg were very helpful and friendly. They explained to me what they did to my car during the repair, and they kept me updated throughout the entire process. Their mechanics went above and beyond. My car looks newer than ever they even did a car wash, which made me really happy. Kudos to everyone on the crew who repaired my car. I’m very satisfied with their work.
