I give Caliber Collision a ten star rating only because there is not a higher number. I give it the highest rating possible. Johnson is amazing! He communicated thoroughly at every stage of my car’s repair—something I had never experienced before nor expected. When we went to pick up our car he cheerfully met us and answered all our questions. I spoke to his boss and told him to give Johnson a raise and I told Johnson I did that and told him to go see his boss and ask for one! Great company and very detail oriented and with excellent communication skills which greatly helps alleviate the customer’s stress and anxiety! Thank you to all at Csliber!!

I’d like to say from the moment I walked in the office Rick and your front desk assistant made a bad situation feel very comforting. They both especially Rick set me at ease. Rick explained everything that would happen with my truck. I didn’t even realize the pickup bed was in four parts. He gave me an estimated timeframe on the repairs which made me very happy. He explained that he personally would update me through the process. He was amazing. I had never had anyone as professional, caring and polite deal with me this way. We walked outside and looked at the truck. He took pictures and explained how things would be handled. We walked back in the office and he asked if I had any other questions. He introduced me to the front desk woman who was such a sweetheart, I’m embarrassed I can’t remember her name. She was great getting me a ride over to Enterprise to get a rental. She was very kind talking with me until the ride arrived. She also offered me drinks and popcorn. Rick gave me updates at least twice a week. His updates were great. My truck was finished a week a head of time. I picked it up on 6/30/26 which was amazing. My truck looked like nothing had even happened to it. It actually looked even better than prior to my accident. I will highly recommend your business to my family and friends or anyone I run into looking for body work on their vehicles. Not only because my truck looks great but because of employees like Rick who make your business even greater. Rick put more of an impression on me than the body work on my truck did! You have Renee on top because her name is the first on the insurance. She is my wife but this is my truck, Todd . This was written by Todd .
