I would have been 100% satisfied if I didn’t live 45 minutes away, and when I picked up the car it was 40 miles to empty on the gas so I had to stop and put gas in so I could drive home. I know they are not a dealership, but it just seemed like that is a customer service thing. I hadn’t driven it for a month and it’s almost on Empty when I pick it up

I was very pleased and impressed with the service provided by Caliber Collision in Sanford, NC. They were extremely quick in getting my vehicle back to me. They made 100% sure that I was pleased with the work. The public areas of the waiting room and bathrooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff, especially Karla Martinez and Rick M were awesome! They did a great job and even washed my car!! I can not say enough good about my experience with Caliber Collision. I will definitely recommend This business to any of my friends who need body work.

My only complaint is that the bumper I had replaced didn’t have red pin stripping on it like the original did. I didn’t notice it until a few days after I picked it up. Not a huge deal, but just wish someone would have told me, because I can’t really drive back easily because I live five hours from where the work was done. As far as the work, it’s top notch and I would recommend anyone I know to bring their shop to Rick and his talented crew.
