I am pleased with the service and timely updates! However I noticed the body panel alignment between the left fender and bumper are pretty significantly out of alignment. The other repairs look great, thank you!

The staff at the Sanford, NC Caliber location are the epitome of top notch. They were friendly and made me feel at home. Rick (service advisor) did an excellent job of keeping me updated on the progress of the repairs and ensured my truck was well taken care of. Rick bent over backwards to get the backordered parts needed for the repair quickly instead of what could have been a couple of months worth of waiting. Highly recommend using Caliber!

Rick reviewed my vehicle issues, provided detail relaxing review. Based on Rick strong working ethics. Rick called me several times to provide repair & ordering specific products updates .
