Front the time I was able to speak to Jennifer and schedule my repair all the team communicated well. Regular updates the status. Repair was 16 days faster than originally quoted it would take. I swear I think they even vacuumed my car. It looked way better than when I took it in.

The first call from the call center was rough. The person sounded like they were from overseas and I could hardly understand them. Once I was passed along to the local shop things turned around I could clearly communicate with the two ladies that answer the phones. Once my technician began communicating with me he texted me updates regularly and he even called to clarify the details the insurance company wasn't clear on. I felt he had by best interest to ensure my car was fixed. At pick up he walked me around the car and it looked fabulous. I do think he may have washed and vacuumed my car. It looked like a brand new car. My husband even commented how good it looked when I brought it home. The car was fixed 15 days ahead of the potential return date. Johnson is a great technician.
