Everything was done to a very pleasing and professional experience. The begin with Carla, the receptionist, who took my initial call, was extremely courteous, polite and knowledgeable about our job. Tom Boland couldn’t have been nicer couldn’t have been more efficient in walking me through what was going on With the repair each and every day. The staff was very friendly while waiting for a ride to the rental car. Everyone was courteous, kind and very friendly. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs Auto Body repair. Thank you all again.

They did a great job repairing my 2031 Dodge Durango Hellcat ! Tom was communicating with me the whole process letting me every step they was on all the way up to me coming in the door to pick my car back up ! His whole crew who he has is great also , VERY GREAT customer service an all ! If I ever need anymore repairs I would definitely be bringing it back to Caliber Collision in Sanford to be exact !

Tom was a great help ! He made sure i knew every step of the way what was going on with my vehicle! So many other car collisions kept saying this a that couldn’t be order do to a strike but not Tom , he had me back in my vehicle in just a month while other places where telling me 3-4 months ! I couldn’t thank him enough an my car came back looking brand new like I had just brought it again !
