The company was very professional and Chris explained everything to my satisfaction before the work started. If I had questions, I would call and the professional receptionist Teresa would route my call. I was able to reach Chris immediately. There was a set back with a part, and I was told that there would be a small delay of completion. I am very satisfied with the repairs.

First of all they took over a week to pick my car up and mind you we are both in Sanger and they lied to my on more then one occasion that they would call me and didn’t! They returned my car very dirty not only from the outside where they worked on it but also on the inside! I have oil stains on my sun visor and on the lining on my side of the car. I asked the guy if my tires were the same and he told me yes. I can tell you they don’t look the same. They are the same size but not low profile. I am absolutely not happy with what they did. They also had told me that they would call me to let me know what was happening and that never happened.They called me after 4 on a Friday to advise me my car was ready which was too late to me to get back to pick it up . So I had to wait until Monday. My car was returned so dirty and sad looking. I can’t believe that they would return a car in that condition. I will never use that car repair place again and wouldn’t not recommend them to anyone. Overpriced for for two tires and to paint my rims!!

Edgar, Chris, and the office staff were all awesome. Even though the repairs ended up taking longer than originally planned, out of their control, I’m very satisfied with the work and the communication throughout the process. Hopefully will never need to use this service again, but definitely would go back and refer friends/family.
