During our initial visit, Chris mentioned that parts were being ordered so all necessary repairs could be completed. When I dropped off the vehicle on Monday afternoon, I understood that all required items were on hand. However, it turned out an accessory was still needed. Chris indicated that the missing part would arrive by the end of the week, but I have not yet received a call to schedule the service
