Sometimes turnaround time is high (not this time though) but if that’s not an issue and insurance is covering it then Caliber is top notch.

Everything’s great except the squeaky wheel hasn’t been fixed. I will try to figure it out on my own starting with removing the hub caps

Jamaal was excellent. Very communicative, friendly, listened to every issue and treated all of it seriously. He didn’t overpromise when it came to deadlines. And he did his best to fix minor aesthetic issues that were not directly part of the collision.

The customer service was amazing and once the communication was figured out, every step of the way was not only yeah relayed but explained in terms that a person like me who doesn't understand everything about cars could understand. Furthermore, my concerns were listened to and addressed in a friendly manner even though I'm sure they hear the same thing over and over and over again

Door edge guard: I was promised initially that it will be replaced and later told it will not be. This could have been avoided.

Two suggestions to improve: There is very less parking space in this location for customers. Please look into improving this. Also, try to avoid/reduce the wait time of the customers.

The body repair and painting was absolutely perfect But they control systems for radiator flaps were not completed correctly I ended up with a check engine light Saying that the flaps are not operating properly properly
