Excellent communication throughout the process, both in terms of the scope of the work and also regarding the progress during the repair. I was very appreciative that the job was completed on time even though the shop had staffing issues during the time my vehicle was there. The vehicle looks as good as new! Thanks as well for buffing out a couple of extra dings for me. Going the extra mile is a lost art these days.

The employees are great and they did a good job keeping me up to date, but in addition to spraying the inside of the car with some kind of air freshener, the back windshield wiper was incorrectly attached, so now I have to go back again to get it fixed.
