When I took my car in for repairs the office scheduled my repairs for a week away so I went on about my day. Shortly after that I received a phone call from them, after 8 left the manager asked them where the Lexus went they informed him I was scheduled for next week he told them no that it was unsafe for me to drive my car and if I wouldn't mind bringing it back for repairs. The manager here is really good he looks out for his clients. When I picked up my car the manager came out and went over all repairs made to assure they were acceptable. I hope I never need auto repairs again but if I do I know the place to go.
