Once I did the online estimate, things moved along quickly. From Mike who handled the repair end to ALL the ladies at the front desk who helped, everyone was very unfriendly and helpful. The part came in fast and the repair was done in the timeframe promised by Mike. Great job!

Previous receptions was very rude when you called in to check status of my own vehicle. Was opted out from text alerts in which I had to go in person the day of pick up, only to find out my car was yet set for another pick up date with no communication as to why
