James Stubbs and Tory Stubbs were excellent. James was extremely knowledgeable, explained everything throughly,both car repair as well as pricing.Tory explained paperwork that I signed and was very courteous. She made calls to car rental to pick me up and and to let them know when I had dropped off rental car at Caliber.
