Once more this year I need to. praise the service of Janes(Mike) Stubbs. Most of us understand the awful feeling you have with seeing your car after an accident. We are also aware of the expense of getting it repaired as well as the skill required. So how can a negative experience be made more palatable? It rests with the service advisor. From the minute you work with Mike he makes you feel everything will be OK, we will take care of you. Besides keeping you totally informed, he will always adjust schedules to meet your needs. While your car is repaired he becomes your new best friend and it ends with a car that is totally restored to its original condition. So you are happy, but in the back of your mind the next time something happens Mike and Caliber will be there to take care of you once again. I am sure Caliber has that as their ultimate goal and Mike really delivered it. I might not wait for my next accident to see him, but just drop in for a cup of coffee.

I went there due to a great experience with Abra when they owned it. I was beyond satisfied with their work. Honestly, I believe I would've been just as well off to have used a local to me shop.

There a issues with the paint (spots, maybe even where trash got into paint). Also, where whomever sanded or buffed the left rear quarter panel, they went too far and scuffed the trunk. This scuff wasnt mentioned or repaired. And any good paint shop or body man would have seen it plain as day.

Customer service was fair. I was updated fairly. However, it was brought to my attention that the insurance adjuster wanted to total out the car, but my service writer "talked them out of it." Truthfully, that wasn't his decision. That choice should have been mine. If the damage was that extensive, I would have rather not had that on the record. Would've been in my best interest at that point to total it out
