The repair is excellent and done in a timely manner but it seems they returned my car with the gas tank almost empty!! Other than that, every thing was great!

There is a plastic panel on the rear spoiler that needed repainting. Was not involved in the repair but I requested an estimate to pay for it separately since the car was in the body shop. The estimator forgot and it didn’t get done. Also there was a small chip in the windshield when it was put in the shop which was about a 14 inch crack when we picked up the car. I understand how windshield cracks work and know they most likely didn’t cause it but if I was notified I could have had it replaced while it was in the shop

When we got home and started looking at the car on the driver side, there is chips of paint off the back door where a red car looks like they hit it with their door and scuff my door up. There’s several chips out of my back door. I would hope that you guys would’ve put my car in a safe place and Sunday I was over there when it was already painted and I seen that the car was unlocked. I never leave my car unlocked Specially overnight. but I would hope in the future that you guys will take pride in people’s cars and make sure that their cars doesn’t get hit. I also wanted to let you know that we did take our car and wash it the night before we dropped it off so it most certainly did not have any of that wrong with it when we dropped it off If it was just one chip, I probably would not be mentioned it but there’s several of them on the back door. I am not too happy with this.
