I thought the vehicle would be clean inside. Instead I had to go back in and give them a sleeve that holds the paperwork and they left a paper floor mat in the vehicle.

Very satisfied with drop off speaking with Mike, he texted me almost daily and informed me what step of the process the vehicle being repaired at. I was impressed with the person that helped me when I delivered my car. He was very helpful answering my questions and offering suggestions on the phone regarding details about my car rental. When I asked about when my car would be finished I received a timely answer. This was my second time using Caliber. I would not hesitate to use Caliber in the future if the need arises.
