I hit a deer on March 19 and filed a claim the next day. My car was still drivable, and by Friday morning Caliber Collision had already reached out and got me scheduled the same day. When I dropped it off, I was told repairs would take about two weeks due to parts needing to be ordered. Throughout the process, they kept me updated with regular text messages, which I really appreciated. On April 1, two days earlier than expected, I received a call from Caelan letting me know my vehicle was ready even before the automated email came through. That level of communication really stood out. Brandon did an amazing job on the repairs. My car looks brand new, like the accident never even happened. The entire team showed great customer service, urgency, and attention to detail. This Caliber Collision location truly sets the standard. I have been to other shops before and the service does not compare. I highly recommend them. 10 out of 10 experience.

Well, you this location had my vehicle for over 1 month with a very slightly damage bumper. First the estimate was $1700 then as the work continued it turned into $3400. The bumper on a 2017 4runner has clips that hold the bumper on. When i when to pick up my 4runner the clip on the driver side was damaged and was not holding the bumper 100%. I refused to get the car until the work was done right. The very next day they called and said the 4runner was ready for pick up. Got there the same thing not fixed and out of anger and frustration i took the car. i will never bring another vehicle for repair to caliber collision. The work performed was half assed and over month to get back unbelievable.
